Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured and hold all correct paperwork, which can be given on request. Safety is our top priority.
Is your equipment safe and regularly tested?
Absolutely! All our equipment is fully PIPA and PAT tested and meets all legal requirements. We also clean and sterilise all equipment before each use.
What areas do you cover?
We primarily serve Barnton, Cheshire, and the surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm if we cover your specific location.
Do I need a side entrance to my garden?
This depends on the size of the bouncy castle and access to your garden. Please contact us to discuss access requirements for your chosen bouncy castle. A standard size bouncy castle requires approximately 3ft width.
How do we pay?
We accept various payment methods, including cash and bank transfer. Details will be provided during the booking process.
All bank transfers need to be made before the party date and cash on set up.
Do all castles fit in venues
We recommend checking the dimensions of your venue against the dimensions of your chosen bouncy castle or soft play package. We are happy to advise on suitability; please contact us.
